Kundalini is a subtle spiritual energy that rests at the base of the spine, near the Muladhara Chakra. In yoga, Kundalini awakening is seen as a natural process of inner growth, not something to be forced.

1. The Students Through Practice.
 Kundalini is prepared and gently awakened through regular and disciplined practice, such as:
Yoga asanas, Kriyas , Mudras , Bandhas , Pranayamas (breathing practices), Meditation, Mantra chanting, and Yamas and Niyamas (right conduct and lifestyle)
These practices purify the body and mind and create balance. They do not force Kundalini, but help the energy rise naturally when the student is ready.

2. The Role of the Teacher (Guru)
